Return and refund policy

1. WITHDRAWAL TIME

The return policy of the seller, whose products are sold on our website (hereinafter, the “Seller”), lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since we received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a return.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. 2. RETURN PROCEDURE

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Palongo of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (for example by e-mail) to the following address contact@palongo.com . You can use the withdrawal form template, but it is not obligatory.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you get a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take some time before you receive your exchanged item.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.

3. RETURN POLICY

To meet the cancellation deadline, you simply need to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

As an exception to point 1 above, certain types of items cannot be returned.

Cannot be returned and therefore refunded:

personal care items (such as cosmetics).

Finally, sale items (if applicable) and gift vouchers cannot be returned either. Unfortunately, we cannot accept products that are offered as part of an exclusive 50% off campaign.

TRADES

The Seller does not offer an exchange service for items ordered on our website.

If you wish to purchase an item different from that which was ordered, we advise you to place a new order and return the item which is not suitable.

4. WITHDRAWAL FORM

If you wish to return an item and it meets the conditions, please contact our customer service, request and download the Palongo return form, fill it out and send it to us by email with proof that you actually purchased the item. produced here. Once your request has been received, we will send you confirmation and acceptance of your right of withdrawal and we will give you the steps to return your products to our warehouse. 5. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

6. REFUND

If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than delivery cheapest standard offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract.

Refunds (if applicable)

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sold out items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)
We will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged. In this case, if you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to contact@palongo.com

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the recipient chose to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send them a refund and they will know you have returned the item.
